Gentle Yoga    

CLASS LEVEL - BEGINNER

CLASS FOCUS - BALANCE, FOCUS, FLEXIBILITY

GENTLE YOGA IS SLOWER PACE YOGA PRACTICE WITH A FOCUS ON BUILDING A STRONG FOUNDATION OF YOGA POSTURES AND BREATHING TECHNIQUES. THIS PRACTICE FLOWS THROUGH A SERIES OF FOUNDATIONAL YOGA POSES WITH AN EMPHASIS ON PROPER ALIGNMENT OF THE BODY FOR SAFE MOVEMENT. CANDLELIGHT YIN YOGA IS A RESTORATIVE AND DEEPLY NOURISHING YOGA PRACTICE WITH THE AID OF PROPS TO SET THE TONE FOR DEEP RELAXATION AND MEDITATION WITH A RELAXING ATMOSPHERE. DURING THIS YOGA PRACTICE YOGA PROPS SUCH AS BLANKETS, BLOCKS, BOLSTERS AND STRAPS ARE USED TO ALLOW THE BODY TO FULLY ACHIEVE EACH POSITION COMFORTABLY.

Sign-up to let us know you are attending using the links below each class. 

We have a strict no late entry policy. 

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of class.

Please silence your phone when you enter The Yoga Loft. (Selfies are encouraged after yoga class.)

Leave your shoes in provided cubbies. If your shoes are wet or muddy, please leave them outside of the studio. 

Please be on your mat at the start time of class. 

Please do not leave after savasana (resting pose) begins, to avoid disturbing other students.

 

BREATHE AND RELAX

Please bring an open mind and a willing spirit.

Stay present. Focus on your own practice, and let go of judgment and competition.

Start where you are. Respect your body. Be willing to accept where you are today, and the rest will come in time

Wear loose, breathable, and comfortable yoga clothing.

Please keep any valuables home. The Yoga Loft is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

We have yoga mats available to rent.

Memberships can be canceled at anytime.

Class packages and classes have no expiration and are sharable.

Memberships, class packages, classes, and special offers do not include special events or workshops.

We do not allow late entry to any classes or workshops for safety reasons.

The Yoga Loft is not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the yoga studio or yoga garden.  

We do not offer refunds on any single classes, class packages memberships, workshops or apparel and merchandise.
