Titusville Yoga in the Garden


Titusville Yoga in the Garden is a donation-based community yoga space featuring special guest yoga and fitness teachers sponsored by The Titusville Yoga Loft behind The Titusville Yoga Loft studio. Bring a yoga mat, a blanket to put under your yoga mat, water and sunscreen if needed. All levels and ages welcome! A $5 donation is requested but not required to help support our yoga teachers and help build The Titusville Yoga Loft Community Garden. We look forward to practicing with you!


Benefits of Practicing Yoga in the Garden

The Titusville Yoga Loft Community Garden provides many physical and mental benefits. Practicing yoga outdoors can replenish depleted energy, create heightened awareness, build confidence, enhance the benefits of meditation and improve quality of life. 

Practicing yoga on natural surfaces such as sand, grass, or the woodland floor can intensify a yoga posture and its physical benefits. Practicing on surfaces like the sand builds the secondary muscles of the feet, hips, knees, spine, and shoulders. Being outside allows you to breath deeper, allowing more oxygen in your lungs. Practicing yoga outdoors allows the mind to be more calm, relaxed and emotionally balanced.
