All Levels Yoga is a class based on the classical teachings of Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga includes a sequence of Asanas (yoga poses) designed to calm the mind and reduce stress, align your muscles and bones, increase flexibility and strength.

This practice focuses on variations for all levels, beginners and experienced Yogis. Beginners will safely learn a strong foundation and experienced students can take postures to a deeper level. This yoga practice is for all levels, beginners and experienced Yogis.

 

Ashtanga Yoga

Class level - Intermediate & Advance

Class Focus -  Strength, Flexibility, STAMINA

Ashtanga Yoga is a systematic sequence with specific yoga poses (asanas) linked together with the breath and movement (Vinyasa.) This yoga class follows a dynamic sequence of yoga poses designed to create strength, flexibility and detoxify the body. This yoga class takes students through the primary series postures of Ashtanga Yoga. Hands on adjustments will be offered and modifications will be shown. Sanskrit asana names and counts are used as much as possible. This yoga practice is for intermediate and experienced Yogis.

 

Ayurveda Yoga Therapy

Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy is the application of yoga practices to balance doshas and create energetic harmony based on one’s individual constitution and imbalances. Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy utilizes asana, (yoga poses), Pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation (calming and relaxing of the mind) and diet.

The Yoga Therapy practice is designed to treat specific ailments and imbalances by creating an individualized yoga sequence of Asanas (yoga poses) and Pranayama (breathing exercises) to direct the flow of energy within the body to release blockages and achieve new levels of health and wellness.

 

Barre & Body Conditioning

 Class Focus - Energy, Strength, Flexibility

Barre classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet, yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training by holding the body still while contracting specific sets of muscles combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. This class is designed to trim, tighten and tone your entire body, build strength and endurance with an emphasis on defining your glutes and legs. no dance experience is required. This class is for all levels.

 

Candlelight Yin Yoga

CLASS LEVEL - ALL LEVELS

Class Focus - Relaxing, Healing, Flexibility

Candlelight Yin Yoga is a restorative and deeply nourishing yoga practice with the aid of props to set the tone for deep relaxation and meditation with a relaxing atmosphere. During this yoga practice yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters and straps are used to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably. 

Each yoga pose is held in the range of 3 minutes to fully relax the muscles and target the connective tissue and organ systems. This practice is structured to rejuvenate and heal the body by stretching all areas of the body, releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. This yoga practice is for all levels, beginners and experienced Yogis.

 

Corporate Wellness Yoga

The Yoga loft provides donation-based classes to educate our community and assist in improving health and wellness through the practice of yoga and meditation. we believe that physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing are the foundations of a healthy community. donation-based classes at the yoga loft means pay what you can afford or what is in your heart.

 

Gentle Yoga    

Class level - Beginner

Gentle Yoga is slower pace yoga practice with a focus on building a strong foundation of yoga postures and breathing techniques. This practice flows through a series of foundational yoga poses with an emphasis on proper alignment of the body for safe movement. This class is ideal for beginners looking to learn the basics that require slower, gentler movement. This yoga practice is for beginners.

 

Hatha Yoga

Class level - Beginner & Intermediate

Hatha Yoga refers to a set of physical exercises known as Yoga poses called asanas. A Hatha Yoga practice includes a sequences of asanas designed to calm the mind and reduces stress, align your muscles and bones, increases flexibility of the spine, strengthen bones and stimulate the circulatory and immune systems. 

Hatha Yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites. This practice offers a powerful tool for self-transformation and asks us to bring our attention to our breath, which helps us to still the Fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment. This yoga practice is for all levels, beginners and experienced Yogis.

By definition, hatha can translate as forceful, or as a compound of Ha, which means sun and Tha, which means moon. Traditionally this word implies the joining of the opposing forces of body and mind.

Hatha Yoga Fusion

This class includes meditation, pranayama breathing exercises, warm-up exercises, surya namaskar (sun salutation), classical and modern yoga poses with deep relaxation. This class focuses on calming the mind, proper breathing, physical alignment, balance, flexibility, strength and deep relaxation. Sivananda Hatha Yoga

Class level - INTERMEDIATE with advanced variations

Class Focus -  Meditation, Breathing, Strength

Sivananda Yoga is a classical style of Hatha Yoga that is a slow paced meditative class that helps encourage proper breathing, flexibility, strength and vitality in the body while calming the mind. the philosophy of Sivananda Yoga teaches Proper Exercise (Asanas), Proper Breathing (Pranayama), Proper Relaxation (savasana), Proper Diet, Positive Thinking (Vedanta) and Meditation (Dhyana). 

This class begins with savasana and pranayama (breathing exercises) followed by surya namaskar (sun salutation) and a formula of 12 basic asanas with beginner, intermediate and advanced variations. This yoga practice is for all levels.

 

Sound Bath Meditation

Sound Bath Meditation is a unique meditation experience that uses quartz crystal singing bowls as music therapy and sound healing to calm the mind, align and harmonize the body. Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls emit very pure tones, close to sine waves. Their sound is a synonym of purity for our ears. the tone is produced by striking the side of the bowl with a wooden mallet and running the mallet around the bowl to create a pure tone and make the bowl sing. This class is for all levels.

 

Thai Bodywork

level - all levels (Appointment Only)

Thai Bodywork (Nuat Boran) or Ancient Massage as it is known in Thai, is a combination of assisted yoga, acupressure, reflexology and physiotherapy. It involves the systematic massaging, stretching and positioning of the body parts in different yoga poses that help in relieving stress, promoting convalescence in case of injuries and certain ailments, as well as general wellness.

Thai Bodywork is a form of assisted yoga along with compression, which help you progress in your practice of yoga poses, weight training or any fitness routine. This yoga practice incorporates pressure-point stimulating movements that unblock energy flows and re-energise the body. Thai Bodywork boosts the immune system, Improves blood circulation, increases flexibility and mobility, increases focus and concentration, relieves stress and anxiety. This yoga practice is for all levels.

Titusville Yoga in the Park is a donation-based all levels and all ages yoga practice sponsored by The Titusville Yoga Loft to improve health and wellness in the Titusville community. Titusville Yoga in the Park is at Sand Point Park in Titusville, Florida every Sunday at 9:AM. 

Use the N Washington entrance to Sand Point Park. park in front of the parking lot Facing east in front of the Indian River. Bring a yoga mat and a blanket for your Yoga mat. A 5$ donation is requested but not required to help support future yoga events and our yoga teachers.

Yoga Fitness Fusion is a  challenging yoga and fitness practice designed to bring awareness to your breath, increases flexibility of the spine, align your muscles and bones, increase your strength, coordination, and body awareness.

This practice focuses on non-traditional movements that combine multi-planar strength-building exercises and full-body sequences that work the entire body. Every class includes breathing, stretching and warm-up exercises, strength progression exercises, body-weight exercises and relaxation.
