About Singing Bowls and Sound Bath Meditation
Sound Bath Meditation is a unique meditation experience that uses singing bowls as music therapy and sound healing to calm the mind, align and harmonize the body. Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls emit very pure tones, close to sine waves.
The sound of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls is a synonym of purity for our ears. The tone is produced by striking the side of the bowl with a wooden mallet and running the mallet around the bowl to create a pure tone and make the bowl sing. This class is for all levels.
