Sign-up to let us know you are attending using the links below each class.
Arrive 15 minutes before the start time of class.
Silence your phone and turn off all electronics when you enter The Titusville Yoga Loft.
Avoid wearing strong perfume or lotion that could bother others.
Please be on your mat at the start time of class
Please do not leave after savasana (resting pose) begins, to avoid disturbing other students.

Stay present. Focus on your own practice, and let go of judgment and competition.
Start where you are. Respect your body. Be willing to accept where you are today, and the rest will come in time
